How It Works
Step 1: Browse deals and see reward amounts. Step 2: Commit to a quantity. Step 3: Buy items from the specified retailer. Step 4: Ship to our warehouse. Step 5: We verify items. Step 6: Your reward is credited. Step 7: Request payout via ACH.
A commitment is your promise to purchase and ship a specific quantity. When you commit, you reserve that quantity from the available pool. Only commit to quantities you intend to fulfill.
Deals specify accepted retailers - commonly Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, and Sams Club. Each deal shows which stores qualify.
After committing, you will see our warehouse address. Ship items there and add tracking to your dashboard so we can credit your account promptly.
Payments and Earnings
Earnings vary by deal. Each deal shows the exact reward per item. Some pay $5, others pay $50 or more. Your total depends on how many deals you participate in.
Your reward is credited once we verify receipt of items. You can then request an ACH payout. Most payouts complete within a few business days, though bank processing or upstream settlement can occasionally add time.
We pay via ACH direct deposit to your US bank account. Add your bank information in your profile. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data.
The minimum payout is typically $25. Once your balance reaches the minimum, you can request a payout anytime.

Shipments to and from our warehouse have platform-level shipping protection. Members can also opt into an insurance tier from their profile for additional protection on items they send us.
Always add tracking and keep the retailer or carrier case number. If a package is lost or damaged, you must first pursue the applicable retailer, carrier, or shipper claim process and save the tracking, photos, messages, denial, or no-response proof. If that path does not resolve it, open a BuyGet support ticket with the evidence. You do not contact UPS Capital directly; BuyGet staff handles any insurance escalation behind the scenes.
Every new deal appears in your dashboard and triggers a push notification if you have them enabled. We also announce deals in our community channels on Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Issues and Support
We document the condition when it reaches the warehouse and work with you. Keep photos, tracking, packaging details, and any retailer or carrier case records so our staff can review the issue.
Go to Disputes in your dashboard, select the order, and describe the issue. We respond within 2-3 business days.
